Inspection and judgment of common fault phenomena of vehicle air conditioner


1. If the high pressure gauge shows normal pressure and the low pressure gauge shows high pressure, it indicates that the evaporator pressure regulator, hot gas bypass valve and air inlet throttle valve are faulty or adjusted

2. If the temperature of the exhaust air is high, and the pressure indication of the pressure gauge is normal, or the high and low pressure increase slightly, the expansion valve filter is blocked

3. If the indication of the high pressure gauge exceeds the normal pressure and the indication of the low pressure gauge is lower than the normal pressure, we will make continuous progress according to your requirements. If the receiving dryer and pipeline are frozen, the filter of the receiving dryer is blocked

4. If the high pressure gauge indicates more than the normal pressure, there may be too much moisture in the system. If bubbles are found in the observation window, air is mixed in the system

1. Whether the circuit is magnetized, the fan switch, and the fan motor are faulty

2. Whether the compressor coil and solenoid valve are open circuit or poorly grounded and whether the connection is loose

1. If the indication of the low voltage meter is too high or too low, and the temperature regulator does not work, the temperature regulator fails

2. If the low pressure gauge and the high pressure gauge indicate that the pressure is too low, there is moisture in the system, and the blockage is the hot gas bypass valve or suction throttle valve of the 4-phase limit converter. Phenomenon 3: no cold air

2. When the engine is at any speed, the reading of the high and low pressure gauge changes only slightly, then the compressor tongue valve is faulty
