1. Project overview:

In order to ensure the smooth stop of construction and the safety of construction staff, this method is specially adopted
2. Construction scheme:
(1) the construction staff shall remove the 3304 weight and turn assembly at the 83 ps take-up point, and stack the removed turn assembly neatly; Then, using crowbars, track lifters and other things, the construction staff adjusted the 3304 smooth track section by section in accordance with the 1000mm (non mining side) in the lane of the design track middle line, and joined the track at the bending assembly place
(2) the construction personnel use the track, sleeper and track parts stored at the intersection of 3304 smooth operation and coal exploration roadway to combine the tracks from 22 # to 25 # gauge points, and then lay the endless rope winch tail wheel parking lot around the smooth operation cutting hole. The middle line of the main road of the parking lot is 1000mm away from the middle of the roadway (inclined to the non mining side), and the middle line of the main road and auxiliary road is 1600mm
(3) use the jsdb-16 winch of 3304 Yunshun and the sq-1200/55 endless rope winch of 3304 Yunshun to transport the tracks loaded by the data car, the sleepers and track parts loaded by the tramcar, transport the track laying data to the 3304 eyelet track laying address, and unload and place them neatly
(4) the construction staff laid 260m of 38kg/m track with 600mm gauge with wood sleepers and 260m of 22kg/m track with 600mm gauge with railway sleepers in 3304 cutout; Before the transportation of the support, the 600mm gauge 38kg/m track of the cutout shall be turned over to 900mm gauge track. 800mm (inclined to the front coal wall) of the 38kg/m track centerline offset cut laid in 3304 cut hole, and 2900mm (inclined to the front coal wall) of the 22kg/m track centerline offset cut hole in the front
(5) according to the 3304 task surface connection environment, before forming the 3304 smooth transportation system, the construction staff laid the 3304 smooth transportation endless rope winch for bending assembly
3. Preparation tasks:
1. Prepare things for construction (crowbar, track lifter, wrench, spike hammer, etc.) and measuring tools (gauge ruler, meter ruler, etc.)
2. Delay the transportation of tracks, sleepers and track parts to the 3304 Yunshun Union car park
3. Organize the construction staff to learn this method, sign and test, and get involved in the construction work before. The construction staff must grasp the construction style and quality standards, and pay attention to the matters of Enron
4. Construction style and pace:
(I) remove the weight and turn assembly at the 3304 smooth 83 # footage taking-up point:
1. Set yellow reflective warning strips at both ends of the construction address, and set car stops on the track. The warning strips are set 2m away from the car stops, and the spacing between the warning strips is not less than 20m; To prevent other staff and vehicles from entering by mistake
2. The construction staff should be familiar with the precise use of the things and measuring tools for laying the track, and should check whether the things used are complete before each use
3. The person in charge of the construction in the transportation and transportation work area shall contact the person in charge of the construction in the production preparation area 2. After the wire rope of the endless rope winch is loosened in the preparation area 2, the bending assembly of the endless rope winch shall be abolished by the transportation and transportation work area
4. The construction staff used a wrench to remove the connecting plate and the basic anchor bolt nut between the bending assembly of the endless rope winch
5. Use a wrench to remove the pressing plate bolts of the firm curve track on the turning assembly base and the fishtail splints and bolts discussed in the track
6. Finally, remove the two groups of main sheaves before and after turning assembly, and use a wrench to remove the pressing plate bolts connecting the main sheave base and the track
7. Manually lift the curved track, turning assembly and main rope sheave to one side of the roadway and place it neatly
(II) adjust 3304 running track and track joint at 83 p1. Set yellow reflective warning strips at both ends of the construction address, and set car stops on the track. The warning strips are set at 2m away from the car stops and turn off the power supply. The spacing of the warning strips is not less than 20m; To prevent other staff and vehicles from entering by mistake
2. The construction staff should be familiar with the precise use of the things and measuring tools for laying the track, and should check whether the things used are complete before each use
3. When allocating the track, the construction staff use a meter ruler to measure the middle line of the track and the middle line of the roadway, and then the construction person in charge is responsible for the instruction, and other construction staff stop allocating the track
4. The instructing person stands at the place m away from the track dialer, crosses a rail, faces the track, looks at the target of the rail with his eyes, finds out the place that needs to be moved, and instructs the target of the track dialer of the construction staff with gestures and passwords
5. The construction staff shall use crowbars to straighten the track at the same time according to gestures and passwords at any time, and move the position according to the password at any time
6. The construction staff shall stop checking all track lines, and record the results found in time
7. It is found that the track is not ordinary during the inspection. The construction staff first pry or jack up the track with crowbars and track lifters, and then pad the track
8. When the track is found to be deficient in fasteners, the construction staff should change the track fasteners in time
9. If the sleeper spacing is found to be inappropriate, the construction staff shall allocate the sleeper spacing in time
10. When the fishtail splint bolts or sleeper bolts of the track are found to be loose during the inspection, the construction staff should use a wrench to tighten the fishtail splint bolts or sleeper bolts in time
11. Close the track at the 83 pp take-up point:
(1) place the rail sleepers according to the requirements of the track centerline and the sleeper spacing, and pre place the sleeper pressing plate and bolts
(2) when the track is jointed, measure the length of the track with a meter ruler, mark the cutting position with chalk, and then cut the track with a hacksaw
(3) when drilling holes on the track, first mark the position of the drilling hole, hang the clip on the bottom of the track, and hold the two ends of the hand drill tightly and perpendicular to the track. Move the drill handle with one hand, and adjust the limit nut with a wrench with the other hand, so that the drill bit is evenly stressed. When it is nearly drilled through, drill gently and slowly to prevent the outlet of the outer hole from being untidy
(4) the construction staff will frame the track on the rail sleeper, connect the fishtail splint, and then use the sleeper pressing plate and bolts to fix the track on the rail sleeper
(5) after adjusting the track and discussing the gap and sleeper spacing, use a wrench to tighten the fishtail splint bolts and sleeper pressing plate bolts
12. After the transfer track is completed, the construction person in charge can clean up the site, remove the warning, and complete the transfer track task
(III) 3304 smooth operation and coal exploration roadway intersection track joint after laying the eyelet endless rope winch tail wheel parking lot:
1. Set yellow reflective warning strips at both ends of the construction address, and set car stops on the track. The warning strips are set 2m away from the car stops, and the spacing between the warning strips is not less than 20m; To prevent other staff and vehicles from entering by mistake
2. The construction staff should be familiar with the precise use of the things and measuring tools for laying the track, and should check whether the things used are complete before each use
3. Unloading of track laying materials:
(1) when unloading the track from the data car, use the car mask to cover the vehicle in both directions. The construction staff stand at both ends of the track. First, one person uses a crowbar to pry up or directly grabs one end of the track with his hand, and the other person uses the prepared backplane to put it under the pry up track; At the other end of the track, one person uses a crowbar to pry up or directly grabs one end of the track with his hand, and the other person uses the prepared backplane to put it under the pryed track, and then four people grab the track at the same time to move the track to the track laying address, which is placed neatly
(2) when unloading sleepers and parts from the tramcar, use a car mask to cover the vehicle in both directions. One person stands at both ends of the tramcar to ship the sleepers and parts in the tramcar to the shoulders of the construction staff. The construction staff will transport the sleepers and parts to the construction address and place them neatly
4. Track laying:
(1) place the rail sleepers according to the requirements of 3304 smooth track middle line and sleeper spacing, and pre place the sleeper pressing plate and bolts
(2) when the track is jointed, measure the length of the track with a meter ruler, mark the cutting position with chalk, and then cut the track with a hacksaw
(3) when drilling holes on the track, first mark the position of the drilling hole, hang the clip on the bottom of the track, and hold the two ends of the hand drill tightly and perpendicular to the track. Move the drill handle with one hand, and adjust the limit nut with a wrench with the other hand, so that the drill bit is evenly stressed. When it is nearly drilled through, drill gently and slowly to prevent the outlet of the outer hole from being untidy
(4) the construction staff will frame the track on the rail sleeper, connect the fishtail splint, and then use the sleeper pressing plate and bolts to fix the track on the rail sleeper
(5) after adjusting the track and discussing the gap and sleeper spacing, use a wrench to tighten the fishtail splint bolts and sleeper pressing plate bolts
5. Laying turnout:
(1) confirm the starting point of the turnout foundation rail according to the position of the turnout
(2) place wooden sleepers according to the requirements of track centerline and sleeper spacing, and pre place plywood and bolts
(3) manually lift the parts of the turnout to the position of the turnout and place them. Use a wrench to tighten the plywood bolts at both ends of the turnout, and then use a spike to fix the turnout parts on the wooden sleeper
(4) stop adjusting the turnout according to the standard requirements, install the air cylinder and operating valve, and check the switch rail sealing environment
6. Laying curve track:
(1) place railway sleepers according to the requirements of track middle line and sleeper spacing
(2) when using the bender to enclose the track, according to the requirements of the curve radius of the track, first mark the bending points with chalk equidistant, and then stop enclosing the track section by section
(3) when the construction staff frame the curved track onto the rail sleeper, the staff should stand on the outside of the curved track
(4) connect the fishtail splint first, and then use the common pressing plate and pressing plate bolts to compress the curved track
7. After the completion of the construction, the site can be cleaned up, removed, and the track laying task can be completed only after the construction person in charge has passed the acceptance
(IV) promotion transportation of 3304 Yunshun connecting Lane:
in 3304 Yunshun connecting lane, jsdb-16 winch is used for promotion transportation, so far, the motor power is 37KW, the traction force is 160kN, the diameter of steel wire rope is 26 mm, the number of lifting vehicles is 5, and the maximum total lifting weight does not exceed 20 tons; The slope of the inclined lane is 18, and the length of the inclined lane is 40m. The upper yard of the inclined lane is equipped with pneumatic tumbler arrestor and ground retaining rod, and a set of pneumatic lifting beam is set in the middle of the inclined lane
1. Enter the vehicle
(1) the messenger on the train yard shall check the vehicle's sealing and connection environment, connect the winch hook and safety rope of the vehicle, and firmly secure the safety rope with iron wire at the appropriate position of the vehicle to prevent it from falling when loosening the vehicle
(2) after checking and confirming that there are no staff in the inclined lane, the upper yard messenger removes the vehicle masking device, and uses the electric bell signal to take back the loosening signal to the lower yard messenger
(3) after the off-site signal handler is received by the off-site signal handler, reply to the on-site signal handler with the off-site signal handler. After the on-site signal handler is received by the off-site signal handler, pull out the ground stopper and collect it from the winch driver
